No matter what mechanical equipment it is, it should be checked and prepared before starting up to avoid danger. Next, let’s talk about the precautions for starting a plastic extruder.
1. Before starting the plastic extruder, first raise the temperature for about forty to fifty minutes.
Raise the temperature to the point where you can manually pull the triangular belt of the motor until it feels comfortable; Pull continuously in the normal working direction for eight to ten times, then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then turn on the machine. However, the extruder needs to continuously replenish heat during the normal production process; Operators need to adjust the temperature according to the different properties of plastics during production operations.
2. When the plastic extruder is running normally, the machine temperature of the equipment should be maintained in a stable state and should not fluctuate rapidly.
The temperature near the vent hole should be maintained at around 200 degrees Celsius until the head of the machine (referring to material C and material B).
3. The feeding of the plastic extruder should be uniform and sufficient.
The feeding speed and feeding speed of the plastic extruder should be coordinated appropriately. Otherwise, it will affect the quality and yield of the particles.
4. When shutting down, the main unit of the plastic extruder should be completely powered off.
The screw plug (with wrench) of the extruder head must be removed and preheated separately before the next use of the extruder.
